PeriopSimVR was demonstrated at the Simulation Centre in Surrey Memorial Hospital as part of the celebration of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare's (SSH) Second Annual Healthcare Simulation Week.

PeriopSimVR is a virtual reality based digital simulation delivering PeriopSim content and extending the education capabilities of the successful PeriopSim tablet client. Learners can practice the choreography of the Operating Room including positioning, instrument passing, sterile field and sharps safety. Practicing safely, learners can accelerate to proficiency and competence.
